Tri-State Health Inc. provides sleep medicine services for patients who are not sleeping well, feel tired during the day, snore loudly, or have concerns about sleep apnea. Sleep affects energy, mood, blood pressure, concentration, and overall health, so persistent sleep problems should be evaluated.
Our team can review symptoms, medical history, and risk factors to determine whether additional testing or treatment may be appropriate.
Sleep concerns we can discuss
Patients may seek sleep medicine support for concerns such as:
- Loud snoring or witnessed pauses in breathing
- Daytime fatigue or morning headaches
- Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep
- Restless or poor-quality sleep
- Sleep apnea evaluation
- CPAP and BiPAP questions
- Follow-up after sleep studies
- Medication review when sleep is affected by other health conditions or treatments
What to expect
A sleep medicine visit may include a discussion of your sleep schedule, bedtime routine, symptoms, medical history, medications, and any prior sleep study results. Your provider may recommend a sleep study, treatment plan, CPAP or BiPAP support, lifestyle changes, or follow-up monitoring.
If you already use CPAP or BiPAP, bring information about your device, mask, settings, and any problems you are having with comfort or consistency.
Why evaluation matters
Untreated sleep problems can affect daily functioning and may be connected with other medical conditions. Sleep apnea, in particular, can contribute to daytime fatigue and may be associated with cardiovascular and metabolic health concerns.
