Internal Medicine

Internal medicine services for adults who need diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition support, and coordinated follow-up care.

Tri-State Health Inc. provides internal medicine services for adults who need ongoing, coordinated medical care. Our providers help patients manage day-to-day health concerns, preventive screenings, chronic conditions, medication questions, and follow-up care after illness or hospitalization.

Internal medicine is often the first point of contact when a patient has a new symptom, needs a routine checkup, or wants help managing multiple health concerns over time. We focus on practical care plans, clear communication, and helping patients understand the next steps in their health care.

Primary care services

Our internal medicine and primary care visits may include:

  • Annual wellness visits and routine physical exams
  • Preventive screenings and health risk review
  • Blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and chronic condition monitoring
  • Medication review and follow-up care
  • Referrals to specialists when needed
  • Lab review and care coordination
  • Sick visits for common medical concerns

What to expect

At your visit, our team will review your medical history, current symptoms or concerns, medications, and any recent test results. Depending on your needs, your provider may recommend labs, lifestyle changes, medication adjustments, follow-up visits, or specialty care.

Patients are encouraged to bring a current medication list, insurance card, photo ID, and any recent records or lab results. If you are establishing care as a new patient, completing registration forms before your visit can help the appointment move more smoothly.
